Each user's role is defined when they are added, although you may change a user's role as needed. And, when users sign in, they are only shown the parts of CarCode that they are allowed to see and use.

Admins are users with additional privileges to manage and customize your CarCode. Admins can communicate with shoppers just like agents but they may also do the following:

• Change settings
• Create and delete users
• See and reassign all leads (whereas users can only see and reply to leads assigned to them)
