Once a review has been submitted, it can't be edited or removed by the customer or by the dealership, and we will only remove the review if it is determined that the review violates our policies and guidelines outlined in our Visitor Agreement.
While we ask that our Visitors not post reviews and comments that are defamatory or otherwise inaccurate, and that they refrain from offensive personal descriptions or incivility, we don't remove reviews or comments in response to allegations that they are defamatory or inaccurate, or may be offensive to some people.
Instead, we ask that you comment on the review to share your perspective. If you are able to resolve the customer's concerns, the customer may submit a second review as an update, reflecting their amended view of the transaction. If the customer needs assistance doing so, they can contact us.
All of our reviews are moderated prior to publication, and we don't publish any review that we know, or have reason to believe, is not a genuine reflection of an actual consumer's experience at a dealership. If you suspect that a review is fraudulent, please contact us and include relevant details to assist in our investigation.
